Springfield Wire was established in Western Massachusetts by Mr. E. Standish Bradford. The original product line consisted of gimp, a metalised thread used as trim on women's dresses and stainless steel "Danny Duzit" and red brass "Dolly Duzit"pot scrubbers. Since our founding in 1921, our product line has grown to include heater wire, foil bonded heaters, refrigeration defrost heaters and solid state heaters for the automotive industry.

As our product line has grown, so has our dedicated engineering staff and direct sales and customer service team. Working from our manufacturing facility in Mexico (EST.1972) and our plant in China (EST. 2003), we work as a team to provide you with the highest quality, low cost element available. This synergy allows global 24 hour service and allows us to provide product to the worlds markets at the price you need.
