Commercial Cooking

Springfield Wire heaters can be found in commercial ovens, proofers, coffee makers, conveyor ovens and other restaurant type cooking units. We can design to meet your specific shape and brackets. With our manufacturing facilities in Mexico and China, we can ensure a high quality, low risk design that meets your pricing budget.

Commercial Refrigeration

Our high quality, durable commercial refrigeration elements are used across the industry for defrost and anti-condensate applications. Whether it is for food display cases, cold storage, frozen or refrigerated transport (ocean and land) we are your choice for an affordable custom design. These heating elements are produced in both our Mexico and China facilities.

HVAC/OEM Coil

Whether you are a manufacturer of commercial coils or entire refrigeration systems, Springfield Wire has the know how and technology to meet your defrost needs. We can manufacture tubular heating elements to your exact custom specifications in your chosen alloy and tube diameter. Your bend pattern to ensure proper defrost coverage will be met exactly to eliminate fit to the coil as an issue. From low volume to high, these elements are produced in both our China and Mexico facility ensuring that we can serve your markets cost effectively.

Automotive Heaters

Springfield Wire has served the trucking and automotive industry for almost 30 years. Our solid state PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heaters along with more standard tubular element designs are used in diesel fuel filtration systems. All fuel heaters are sampled with full PPAP documentation. In addition to fuel heating, Springfield Wire foil bonded heaters are found on the side view mirrors of large over the road trucks. These are designed using either a standard set wattage design or a special PTC heater wire and the pattern is designed to ensure an even defrost pattern on the glass.

Industrial Heating

Industrial heating applications have their own special needs and our engineering group at Springfield Wire understands and can meet those needs. Our custom designed elements can be found in process heating element bundles all over the world. We can supply an element to your specific mix of alloy, wall thickness, diameter (up to .625") and weld seam and ensure a long lived and quality heater. Our heaters are also found in the thermoforming and packaging industry.
